Great quality pice. It looks beautiful in my dining room. The color is true as pictured and was pretty easy to put together. The backing is solid wood and not flimsy cardboard like so many pieces. Love it!

The item is beautiful. We put together in a few hours. I agree that the Allen wrench is entirely too big for the small space. And if you are receiving damaged pieces it is with the carrier. I watched it being delivered and offloaded and was horrified. Could not believe that we did not have damaged pieces ourselves. Piece is a beautiful addition to our family room. Just a touch of color.

Don't waste your time & money on this one
The first cabinet I received was damaged. Damage was on the largest side pieces in the front and very visible. The left was the worst, right was dented but something I could live with if absolutely necessary. Guest services told me replacement parts weren't an option, but they could send a replacement if I returned mine. I asked if I could keep the original until they sent the replacement in case of other issues (obviously they could charge me if I never returned the original), but they wouldn't do that. The box is HUGE and very heavy. We had to schedule a pick up once it was repackaged. I finally received the replacement and inspected everything carefully. This time the right side was very damaged. If I'd still had the other box I could have managed to put together a decent cabinet. It's clear that something they are using to lift the box at the warehouse or in shipping is damaging the parts. This should be shipped in at least two boxes to prevent damage like this. Target told me they could request parts from the manufacturer (different story than two weeks before), but it would take awhile to hear back. If they could send them, it would take weeks. They wouldn't send a 2nd replacement so a refund was my only option. They told me I could buy another one and then return the damaged one later. So I'm out $1200 in hopes the 2nd box contains a right side that isn't damaged...while living with an enormous 200lb box in my entry way in the meantime. I'm so sad because the color on this is gorgeous and it's hard to find cabinets this tall at a decent price. All of the reviews mention damage (going back years) so it's sad they haven't figured out how to package these properly!

My assistant, who’s about 5’1” 115, built this herself in a few hours. Unfortunately, as others have said, there were many dents and chips on ours too. The unit feels durable and it’s a beautifully unique piece. Would be 5 stars if it wasn’t damaged.

Beautiful but defective
Love the color and style, but it arrived with scuffs and dents and they told me it would take months to get replacement pieces, but already built it so it’s not worth returning. Love it otherwise.

This is a very sturdy and beautiful item. One piece came damaged which is disappointing considering how expensive it was. It took us nearly 2 hours to put together. The Allen wrench is too large for the very small space the screws at the top had. The space between the top arch and the screw it very tight and poorly designed. Spent a lot of time just trying to get these 4 screws in. Otherwise, not too challenging to assemble other than having many parts and pieces
