Q: It's Christmas Eve and I was wrapping this for my grandson, but I can't get the back of the couch to stay down and lock in place so he will be able to play with it. Am I missing something in the directions?

Just opened this game, put batteries in and it makes a noise but the couch never moves. Push the button and it won’t work again unless I turn it off and back on, then it only works once or twice and stops again.

This seemed like a funny, fun game, and I purchased it for my daughter's birthday. She didn't play with it roughly, but it broke on the first day. There is a thin plastic band that is easy to break on the back of the couch. It seems to easily break or go off track.
