Q: Is this nightstand smaller or larger than the end table? In the photos it looks wider but in the listed dimensions is says that it is smaller?

A:Â The dimensions are not correct, the night stands are much wider and deeper. I had to return two of them and the manufacturer contacting us apologizing and once again said the dimensions listed on Targets website are incorrect.

Q: How easy (or hard for that matter) is it to put together for someone like me that is a super novice. I had issues in past putting togther a dresser etc.. What tools needed? Lastly, for those that had this for awhile how has it held up? Thanks so much!

It came completely broken. Screws were poking out and lose screws inside. Corner was banged and cracked. Frame is cracked came completely off. The holes on the drawer were poorly drilled. I really like it so I ordered a replacement. We’ll see how the next one turns out.

I ordered two of these to use as nightstands in our primary bedroom. Next to a king bed, these are the perfect size. I’d say the colors are true to the photos, except I thought the handle was a bit more yellow in person. Overall, love them!

Love the style and color. Can work with a lot of different styles and colors. Solid wood drawers and legs. One advise is to use coasters and be careful not to drag anything hard against it as it does leave scratch marks. But that's to be expected on any solid painted finishes.

Beautiful nightstand. The only problem would be that the tops don’t have a smooth finish. It’s almost as if the piece was put in the box before it was completely done drying and it stuck to some plastic. Perfect height and width for a king size bed. We struggled to find a big enough nightstand that didn’t looked dwarfed.

I love this nightstand so much. It's a tiny bit difficult to put together, but not terrible. The black and wood have great contrast. The handle was a little too yellow-y gold, but a quick spray paint helped. The drawer slides easily and provides much needed storage. The legs have adjustable feet, which is helpful for wood floors with a rug.

First, this is a very attractive and good size bedside table. It matches our existing bed beautifully and is very affordable. The table requires assembly of the legs and the hardware on the drawer. The legs and bottom portion go together very easily. I ordered two of these tables and had issues with both drawers. The first drawer was stuck in the table and was an absolute nightmare to get it out. The second drawer came easily but installing the hardware was way harder than it should have been. The holes for the screws are recessed and not cut well - the screws go in sideways and it is nearly impossible to line them up with the handle. After much frustration and more effort than necessary I finally got it built and am enjoying the tables.

First off, I will say I have one issue - two of the holes for the support beam were not pre-drilled and I did not have the tools to drill. However, it ended up not really mattering and the unit feels sturdy enough without a couple of screws.
The unit is nice quality, sturdy enough, is fairly large, and looks very nice. It came fast.
The directions were a little hard to understand at first, but once I understood it was actually really easy to put together. The first one took me about an hour from start to finish and the second one only took me about 20 minutes.

Very nice nightstand. Well made, not overly heavy, but sturdy. Using as my husband's nightstand. Very modern look, with a matte black finish. Just perfect. The legs dark and it's a nice contrast to the black with the gold handle. And to have the additional drawer storage is great too! Great buy and for the price, it was well worth it! The assembly wasn't bad at all for my husband. Put together pretty quickly. I would repurchase all over again!

3 stars because the smell from the wood inside the drawer just won't go away. These are very sharp looking and easy to install, but we have yet to put anything in the drawers after a while because the wood smell still overtakes the room.
