Bought it online for a really good price has it's pros and cons ... But for the most part it's good the only downside is that it makes too much noise ....I put it in my living room in the attic and it actually cools my kitchen and a room .see moreof the reviewer's review

Cooled our master bedroom very well for one summer. The next year, it started making a loud racket every now and then as if it were falling apart. I got 2 of these, they both ice up very easily, even with 80 or hotter outside, are noisy, one of them motor bearing is very loud after 1 year of use, dont seem to cool as rated, [...............] Use CAUTION if considering 10k Haier AC.see moreof the reviewer's review
