I’m 44 and my hair was REALLY starting to thin out on top and was coming out easily. I’m horrible about taking my thyroid medicine,and I’m under an insane amount of stress inside and outside of work, so I have no doubt this is why. I bought this thinking it couldn’t to hurt to try it plus it was on sale. I’ve been using it for over a month now and I feel the difference in my hair. It feels thicker and fuller. Highly recommend this conditioner along with its shampoo!

It smells nice, but I’m not really seeing any difference with this conditioner. I actually feel like my hair is more dried out… And I have very coarse and curly aging hair.

I'm sorry to read our Biotin Strengthening and Revitalizing Conditioner did not give you the results we would expect. It may help to know hair can look frizzy or dry if it is not conditioned enough. Here are some helpful tips(if you have not tried this already): Try a richer conditioner like our Soft & Hydrated Moisturizing Conditioner, try using a conditioning treatment 2 or 3 times a week such as our Soft & Hydrated Deep Hydrating Mask. We hope this helps!

So soft! I used with the shampoo and both exceeded my expectations! I have thin fine hair but it’s short and my hair has never been softer! Just get it and try it! It of course won’t work for everyone! But so glad I went with my gut and did it

Used it only a couple times and each time I keep loosing more and more clumps of hair. Suffered more hair loss with this shampoo than any other brands even OGX shampoos! With only a few use I can already notice balding on the center of my scalp. Definitely a hard pass on this one!

I have fine, thin hair that is prone to breaking. I accidentally left this conditioner on for 40 minutes and later my hair was almost unrecognizable it was so healthy and full. UNBELIEVABLE. I am in no way promoting target or this brand for any reason other than it is amazing, literally amazing. Everyone has noticed the difference. It blows my perfect 10 deep conditioner out of the water, and it’s half the price. I don’t want to ever run out of this.

The conditioner was unfortunately a disappointment and not what I was hoping for. My husband used it once and the conditioner left his hair feeling oily. The conditioner now sits unused underneath the bathroom sink.

We’re very sorry you’re unhappy with your purchase. We recommend washing your hair with a clarifying shampoo to remove excess product and dirt/grease. To prevent this from happening again, we recommend rinsing your hair thoroughly. If a shampoo, conditioner, or styling product is not thoroughly rinsed, it can leave hair greasy. Choose the right products for your hair type and the style you want. Don't use more product than needed. For example, if your hair feels only slightly too greasy, try a shampoo and conditioner that are not quite as rich as what you are currently using. We have seen that fine hair in particular tends to become greasy. If your hair feels very greasy or dirty, try a shampoo with little or no moisturizing benefits and a lighter conditioner.

Great conditioner but pump won’t work

I bought the moisturizing shampoo and conditioner for my daughter I used it first (had to test it out LOL) and noticed the pump wouldn’t work for the conditioner. I thought maybe I broke it. My daughter used both and loves the products but blamed the pump on me. A few days later we were shopping at Target and decided to buy more while there - both moisturizing shampoo and conditioner, and then for myself the shampoo and conditioner for thin hair, and the thickening treatment. We tried both conditioners (moisturizing and thin hair) and both pumps would not work. Now I know I didn’t break the first pump, and we have 3 bottles of conditioner where the pumps won’t work. It’s almost as if the conditioner is too thick to get through the pump. I just feel like we are wasting a lot by unscrewing the pump and squeezing the bottle and a “plop” of conditioner comes out. (Usually too much.) The products themselves are incredible, just needs work on the conditioner pump.

This conditioner helps to make my thin hair look healthy and feel soft. I took a star off because the pump would not work. I have to unscrew the cap to get the product out. So frustrating for a higher priced item. Quality control is important.
