Added Dipotassium Phosphate. I’m so sick of these companies adding unnecessary poisons to our food. I’ve never purchased a half and half that has anything but milk and cream as ingredients. This is not needed. Disgusting. Stop making people sick.

I’ve been buying the Target brand of half & half cream for years without any issues. Recently I have gotten at least three batches that had a big gelatinous blob at the bottom. The ones in the picture expire May 4th, 2024. You might want to look out for that lot number. I brought them back to the store but the manager initially refused to replace or refund, saying that I had already consumed most of them. However, I argued that I couldn’t have found out until I got to the bottom. It was then that she changed her mind that I got credit for them. I wonder what causes the blob to happen. And I wonder if anyone else seen that in their cream.

I seriously enjoy this half and half after trying numerous brands. I use it for my Sri Lankan tea daily more than once with raw sugar. The ultra expensive and the economical. This was economical until now it has gone up too much in price. Sudden jump is very saddening.
