Great Cookbook

GREAT book! Tieghan always has great recipes for beginners to pros. The book it nicley laid out with pictures and easy-to-follow instructions. She gives alternatives and options that can be used for multiple recipes. I like that she begins with a little story about herself and the ingredients she recommends, such as her favorite oils, spices, flour, sweeteners, etc.
