You get what you pay for on these. Convenience factor is good and I like that they are in crayon form. BUT, they are super greasy, not very saturated, and get blunt very quickly. Plus, there's not a good way to store them - I ended up with a ziplock bag.
The stickswork fine, but they do not have a cap or cover, and cannot be retracted into the shaft. They brake and crumble easily, and so without cap you cannot really take them along with you, inside a purse or similar.
For the price, these are okay... anymore, and I probably wouldn't buy. The reason I give them 4 stars is that they actually work. The only one that wasn't fully opaque was the white crayon, but I kind of expected that... still, it performed way better than the cream makeup with the sponge applicators, which I also bought at Target. Those didn't work at all... These on the other hand were easy to blend if done right away and they were also fairly build-able without removing the previous layer applied. The only thing that would've made these perfect is if they came with a sharpener because once the tip gets blunt, it's hard to draw detailed work. Also, some kind of lid would be nice as I'm pretty sure they're going to dry off by next year and they get on everything since they're so creamy. I store mine in a ziploc bag and that works for now. As for the texture, I asked my brother if they felt uncomfortable and he said no... couldn't tell he had them on for the most part. He wore them for a party for over 5 hours with no problems.
