about this item

The Halo SleepSack Swaddle replaces loose blankets in the crib that can cover your baby’s face and interfere with breathing. In addition to helping your baby sleep safer, it helps him sleep better, too. Its adjustable swaddle wrap immobilizes your baby's arms to prevent the "Moro" or startle reflex.  And, it is the only 3-way adjustable swaddle that adjusts to your baby’s sleep style. Swaddle arms in, hands-to-face, one or both arms out to ensure baby’s best sleep and an easy and gentle transition to the SleepSack® wearable blanket when it is time to stop swaddling. Used in hospitals nationwide, the Halo SleepSack Swaddle is the #1 choice of hospitals and is recognized as "Hip Healthy" by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute. Its strong adjustable fasteners ensure a perfect fit and resist breakouts for more secure swaddling. Plus, its innovative zipper, unzips from the bottom allowing your baby to stay swaddled for easy diaper changes. HALO also proudly supports non-profit organizations like First Candle/SIDS Alliance. Use over regular sleepwear to take the place of loose blankets. Discontinue swaddling when the baby shows signs of rolling over or breaking out of the swaddle wrap. TOG: 1.5. Loved the idea of a muslin fabric & even read the negative reviews and ignored them, but when baby starts to wake up, I usually find an arm poking out of the bottom & the swaddle is scrunched up around his neck/face. It fear it may become a suffocation hazard. Would recommend buying a sturdier fabri...see moreof the reviewer's review

Terrible design, baby’s arms poked out the bottom and in the morning I found her arm above her head and the swaddle around her neck. Terrible design, needs to be redone as this is a safety hazard.

I should have returned this swaddle when I had the chance. My baby's arms poke out the bottom so the swaddle scrunches up around his neck when he moves. Definitely not safe! Also, after the first wash, the material started ripping near the velcro. It doesn't affect the hold but still, so annoying. S...see moreof the reviewer's review

We have this swaddle and the aiden anis swaddle and this swaddle is much better designed and easier to use. It makes diaper changes in the middle of the night easy with the zipper design. However, the aiden and anis brand is a softer material.

Nice material but it is to flimsy for a swaddle, her hands kept poking out the bottom and the arms of the swaddle kept making their way up around her neck. Have never had this problem with the fleece one. Will be returning!!!

I wanted this to work because we liked the cotton one of the same brand and wanted something for hotter weather. It ripped after she wore it twice and she was able to break free from it, unlike the other one. Not worth the money at all.see moreof the reviewer's review

The sleepsack is a great concept. I like that it is easy to swaddle a squirming newborn. Unfortunately, it is too warm for Florida.see moreof the reviewer's review

We have used the newborn swaddle since my daughter was born . She is 3 months old and needed a bigger size because of how long she is. It's long enough to give her room to stretch out and it's the perfect length for her to grow into and cool enough to use in the warmer months.see moreof the reviewer's review
