The Halo SleepSack swaddle replaces loose blankets in the crib that can cover your baby's face and interfere with breathing. In addition to helping your baby sleep safer, it helps him sleep better, too. Its adjustable swaddle wrap sunggles your baby's arms to prevent the "Moro" or startle reflex. It is the original 3-way adjustable swaddle that adjusts to your baby's sleep style. Swaddle arms in, hands-to-face, one or both arms out to ensure baby's best sleep and an easy and gentle transition to the SleepSack wearable blanket when it is time to stop swaddling. Used in hospitals nationwide, the HALO SleepSack swaddle is the #1 choice of hospitals and is recognized as "Hip Healthy" by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute. Plus, its innovative zipper, unzips from the bottom allowing your baby to stay swaddled for easy diaper changes. Made with two layers of lightweight 100% cotton muslin, it is exceptionally breathable for optimal airflow, reducing your baby's risk of overheating and ensuring comfortable sleep. Plus, it is ultra-soft and features a durable weave that gets softer and maintains its original shape with each wash and wear. HALO also proudly supports non-profit organizations like First Candle/SIDS Alliance. Use over regular sleepwear to take the place of loose blankets. Discontinue swaddling when the baby shows signs of rolling over or breaking out of the swaddle wrap. TOG: 1.5. Size newborn fits 6-12lbs, size small fits 13-18lbs.
Unzips from the bottom allowing baby to stay swaddled for easy diaper changes. Generous sack design allows room for kicking, but cannot be kicked off so baby stays warm all night. A portion of your purchase of each HALO SleepSack Swaddle is used in partnership with non-profits and hospitals dedicated to educating new families on safe sleep practices.
I tucked his arms with the sack itself then zipped up and swaddled outside. Swaddle stayed down and cooler than the cotton SwaddleMe. We still use both but this will be great in a few months when we switch to arms out
Horrible! Do not buy!!! I have one of these sleep sacks that I bought from Nordstrom and thought this was the same item - it definitely isn’t! It went up around my daughters nose and mouth multiple times and is NOT safe for sleep.
Love Love Love!
My son kept waking himself up in the middle of the night bc he'd scratch is face or is arms would flare and startle him. This was a game changer! From the first night he starting doing 4 hr PLUS stretches at 6 wks old!
We love Halo sleepsacks for our baby. He was a preemie and was given these in the NICU. We were told to always allow his arms movement and just swaddled his body. It worked great for us. At our 4 month appointment our doctor said no more sleepsacks and he transitioned nicely to just pajamas.
This is a nice option for swaddling in the summertime. It’s not as hot as the other swaddling options that Halo offers. She does seems to get her arms out of the bottom of the swaddle easier than with the other material. But still a nice option for summer.
Loved the idea of a muslin fabric & even read the negative reviews and ignored them, but when baby starts to wake up, I usually find an arm poking out of the bottom & the swaddle is scrunched up around his neck/face. It fear it may become a suffocation hazard. Would recommend buying a sturdier fabric design for a swaddle!
