A: Thank you for your question. For optimal results when using the self clean function, we recommend that you allow the iron to preheat on the highest heat setting (Cotton/Linen). After preheating, power the appliance off and unplug. Hold the iron over the sink with the soleplate facing down. Press and hold the self clean button until the tank is empty.

It's lightweight but feels cheaply made. It's so lightweight that it tips off the ironing board easily and falls to the floor (but still works). The cord is not retractable and it's a pain to roll it up for storage. The best quality is that it's functional. Turns on/off fine, warms up pretty quickly.

I ordered this for pickup at my local target for drive up. When I got home I learned the product I was given was open. You could clearly see where water had been in the reservoir and the packaging was beat up. This wasn’t an issue with the product necessarily, but an issue with Target. Know that they might do this to you to. Returned and won’t be buying another at Target.

I love the wearing cotton and linen so I have no choice but to own an iron. This is a new purchase. It performs really well. The design is a little unbalanced. Not sure why it's so long. I wish they had made the cord longer. If those two things were fixed, I could give this product 5 stars.

I must have a dud. I love the look of the iron, but it will not steam at all. There is a steam switch to turn the steam off and on. There are also fabric settings. On cotton/linen with the steam switched on, I got no horizontal or vertical steam. Purchased yesterday, returning today.
