I bought this for my 11 year old son. He normally wears a size 10/12. I wanted to go up a size so it would be oversized for layering. I got the large which shows is a 12/14. It barely fits him. The sleeves have extra room but it barely comes to his waist. It is too tight to wear anything else and actually looks uncomfortable even wearing it alone. I recommend sizing up.
