Hanes Men's Long Sleeve 1901 Garment Dyed Pocket T-Shirt

if you are not tall and very slender, keep looking. Even this model's arms are not long enough. I should have realized.

Bought four shirts and like them very much. Only complaint is the shirt in the color "Crimson Fall" was not even close to the color in the picture. I was hoping for a much darker red, as pictured, but the actual color is more like Teaberry chewing gum. Also, would like to get an XL size in the "Mint" color, but those seem to be unavailable for some reason.

The sleeves are about a foot too long. I ordered a small and have no idea whose arms would be that long! It makes the shirt look very sloppy.

This was the style, weight, and color I wanted, but it was HUGE! I ordered by using my measurements and the size chart provided online, but it's obvious the shirt's actual sizes are for men, meaning they are at least three sizes too large for a women's shirt labeled as the same size. The size 2X shirt I received hung literally half-way to my knees (I'm 5'9" tall), and the sleeves hung several inches past my hands! If you buy, size way, way, waaaaaaay down! I will never buy again unless I can try on several in a store to figure out what size would actually fit me.

Material feels nice and is the right fit. I haven’t washed yet so don’t know about shrinkage.

I’m 66 years old, 5’ 2 1/2” and weigh 115 lbs. I bought 3 unisex tee shirts in size small . They fit very well , not to tight, not to loose. I love that they are 100% cotton. I machine wash them in cold water and dry them on less dry for 15 -20 minutes or so until most of the wrinkles are gone, then hang up them while still a little damp. I find all of Hanes clothes to be of the very best quality. Hanes last longer and holds up better than other brands. Also you can’t beat the price or quality of Hanes.I recommend you always buy Hanes.

Great t shirt. Although not as good as the Beefy T shirt in the neckline. This shirt has too big of a neckline.

The sleeves are extremely long. I had to return the garment.

Great great luscious colors. Speedy delivery. Nice loose fit. Great price! Not as hefty a cotton as I'd hoped for but OTOH not clingy, it's fine. Longer than I needed, but I used a trick advised by a T-shirt shop ago: buy too long, used good long scissors to cut it down, pull sideways, and voila, the hem rolls up. I use it all the time. These are go-to long-sleeved T-shirts as a result.

I’m on blood thinners so must wear long sleeve shirts all year long. These are lightweight, soft, and very comfortable for summer wear. People don’t realize how DIFFICULT it is to find pocket Ts - especially long sleeve.

This shirt has a much nicer fit than other brands. It also feels like higher-quality and more durable. The only issue I find is in with the collar. Unlike the rest of the shirt, the collar feels cheap and flimsy. Other brands, even cheaper ones, do not skimp on collars. Side by side it's apparent most shirts use more substantial material and stitching than this. Prone to "bacon-neck"; I can't help but think Hanes might've let Michael Jordan down on this one. This is the only reason I 'd give these 3 stars over 5.

VERY COMFORTABLE/ FITS GREAT

These shirts are very disappointing. The 1st time I washed them the collars came out all stretched and out of shape. I probably won't wear them again.

I ordered five different colors. Nice shirts. Fit is about what I expected. Only weird thing is they smelled a little like smoke..? Not cigarettes but more like liquid smoke. Should wash out but I thought worth mentioning in case anyone is sensitive to that.

The shirt is heavyweight. I gave it four stars because it's tight through the hips. I don't have big hips so I believe the shirt runs a little bit smaller. I love the colors.

Pros: Looks good for day use. Comfortable enough to sleep in. (No bulky seams or scratchy material.) Thick enough (not see-thru), long enough, navy color true to picture, neck lies flat as a T-shirt should. (Unlike Lyndale GoodFellows' long sleeve, this Hanes doesn't pucker at the neck & extend onto the base of my throat.) It lands in neck, shoulders & everywhere, where most T-shirts land. Cons: None. (The sleeves are slightly longer than some shirts, but well made, so a little bunching is fine, & it doesn't slip over my hand, though I have small wrists.) If these come back in stock, I'll buy many for sleeping & a few for day use (navy & black). Background: I've been buying GoodFellows short sleeve, V-neck for years & will continue (both for day use & as sleep shirts). However, their long sleeve version only comes in scoop neck & sits awkwardly (slightly on neck), & had some chemical problem which required 5-6 washes before it didn't sting & itch my skin. (I do consider my skin sensitive, but have never had new clothes bother my skin before.) So I tried this Hanes. I am a 5'5, 130 lb female, & I bought size small in both Brands discussed here. (Mediums are too baggy. I haven't tried XS bc I don't want to give up length.) T-shirts are the only men's item I wear due to wanting a shirt to cover my rear & to not require a 2nd shirt for modesty. I hope the abundance of details I've given helps others shopping for long sleeve T-shirts.

REALLY long. I had to take off the bottom 3 inches and re-hem so it wouldn't look like a tunic dress on me.
