The convenient spray bottle disperses a wide, gentle stream of product enriched with aloe to help soothe your dog's delicate skin. Shake well before use. Hold bottle upright about 6 inches from pet and spray lightly until the tips of your dog's fur are moist, taking care to avoid contact with the eyes. MANY cases of seizures/deaths reported as a direct result of product. vets highly advise against using hartz products. STAY AWAY FROM HARTZ. TARGET SHOULD REMOVE ALL HARTZ PRODUCTS FROM STORES.

I got this product last year, for the first time. I tried it in the spring. I have 5 dogs and live in a forest, so fleas and ticks are a big issue at home. This product worked really well. I used as described in the label and no fleas or ticks. Since them, I have used the product several times and got several bottles of the product. I highly recommend it to anyone. I use flea sprays all the time. My regular go to was out of stock. I had to grab something so I grab it this. Big mistake and waste of money. My dogs had to suffer until I can get back to the store and get my other one that actually does kill fleas.
I live in the area that I know I have to have a spray handy. I know the benefits of being able to use it after bathing each of my dogs and between their next bath living in a wooded area. I was spraying this when seen a flea going directly across the top of their back. It was doing nothing. We were having a flea fest-ival! After the fleas just kept getting worse I wondered if it was working at all . So I sprayed some in a container and took a couple fleas dropping them directly into it. I think they took a little swim possibly doing the backstroke before hopping out and jumping around back to my dogs! It did not kill the flea that was directly in the actual product. I am not going to be putting chemicals on my dogs if it is not serving a purpose. I returned the product to the store explaining that it is not working. Unfortunately I had bought another spray bottle that had for the home and then also the powder. Took those back as well as I'm not even taking my chances. I am sticking with the brand (Adams) that I know and that I trust. Sorry Hartz.

do not use this on your dogs!!! every time I sprayed my lab mix with it he gets super depressed for hours, drools, and just stares off into space and looks completely out of it with just two sprays (when a dog his size says he can get 12 sprays on the bottle) idk what this does to dogs but it’s horrible. don’t risk your fur babies with this product!!

My review comes from a free sample provided by the Hartz company, and I am glad we received it. One of our dogs went into the tall grass and came out with a bunch of ticks.
