Hasbro Marvel Legends Series 6" Happy Hogan and Iron Man Mark 21 (Target Exclusive)

The year 2019 was a magnanimous year for the Marvel Cinematic Universe, ending what was not just the first, or second, but the third phase of what Marvel referred to as the Infinity Saga. Consisting of the unity of the Infinity Stones on the Gauntlet by its big bad Thanos. Marvel Legends here develops new or reworks old favorite action figures for eleven years these movies and toys were made. Continuing this collection is Harold “Happy” Hogan and the Iron Man Mark XXI Midas armor from Iron Man 3. This action figure set is of two the first being “Happy” Hogan. John Favreau has been there at the beginning of the MCU, not just as Happy Hogan but also as the movie’s director. But in Iron Man 3 he takes time off to only play the role. Making this action figure set more appropriate as he gets his very own action figure. Brave but highly strung in the MCU series, the driver/bodyguard of Tony Stark ends up discovering a major lead into his boss’ new foe The Mandarin. Standing at 6.25 inches tall, with the same articulation as other Marvel Legends action figures. Resembling John Favreau’s character from the beginning at Stark Industries to his encounter with Extremis soldier Savin at Grauman’s Chinese theater. The only accessory is a smartphone. The second action figure of this set is Iron Man Mark XXI armor aka Midas. The events of the first Avengers movie gave Tony Stark PTSD that has given him anxiety attacks and insomnia that the other highly trained Avengers do not endure. Both detriments give him trouble, but Tony decides to spend the latter productively by making variations of his Iron Man suits. One of them is a golden variant with the moniker Midas. Standing at 6.50 inches tall, with the same articulation as other Iron Man Marvel Legends action figures. Resembling the armor’s brief appearance in the Iron Legion raid on The Roxxon vessel climax. Accessories for this figure include an alternate set of hands and a set of repulsor blasts. While not a redone figure for Happy, the Midas armor seems to be very similar to the Iron Man Mark VII armor made for the First Ten Years Set and before even that for Avengers Age of Ultron’s Disco Armor.

I love this item. Iron man is my favorite Marvel character and happy to get Happy Hogan with him.

Don't really need more Iron Man armors, but I put it in my 'Hall of Armor' display. I actually have Happy Hogan and my Pepper Potts figure in my Avengers display as staff. I would really like a Comics Jarvis to complete it.

Great re use of the mark 7 armor from the first 10 years line and awesome to finally have a Happy figure as well as a new suited body.

Great to finally have a figure of Tony Stark's loyal friend! I doubt many will pick this up, but as a fan of Favrou it'd great to be able to put him with all the other Marvel Legends! And I mean that in lore than one way!

Great set but the price is a bit high.

l really like the Happy Hogan figure. I can see the likeness of the actor in the figure... But as for the other figure, I could've done without it.

Happy is a perfect representation of Favreau! The Mark 21 armor is awesome and has some unexpected details!

It's good to get both a Midas Armor Iron Man and a Happy Hogan figure. The Happy Hogan figure has a great face sculpt of Jon Favreau. I think it's appropriate to have the director of the first MCU movie in action figure form!!

So excited to add Happy Hogan to my Iron Man cast! I love the likeness to John Favereau. The Iron Man figure isn't really anything special, but still pretty cool, and a good addition to my Iron Man Armory.

This is a great addition to the marvel legends line we finally have Happy Hogan, and I am always happy to add a new Ironman suit to my Ironman collection! Would recommend for any MCU collector or even just Ironman collectors!

The mk21 figure came out way better than expected. The pictures make it seem more bronze but it’s a very good color. I wish it came with a couple more accessories. The Happy figure is great but more of a background for the shelves but it’s a little pricey but still great 2 pack.

While not the most exciting pair of figures from this Infinity Saga line, I’m glad we finally get a figure of Happy Hogan, and the inclusion of “Midas” is helpful to anyone building a Hall of Armors display. My only gripe is that the feet on my Midas figure are on the wrong side, but other than that, this is definitely a worthy addition to anyone’s MCU display!
