For each cup, use one measuring spoon (two level tablespoons) and six ounces of cold water. High quality filtered or bottled water is recommended for best tasting results. For milder coffee, add slightly more water before brewing. Once brewed, remove coffee grounds to prevent bitterness. For best results, keep coffee warm (190 degrees) and serve within 30 minutes. To keep your coffee at its maximum freshness and to extend its flavor life, store it in this bag or in an airtight container in a cool dark place, such as a cupboard or pantry. If you plan to keep your coffee longer than two weeks without opening it, store it in your freezer.
