In spite of Target's claim, this in no way compares to the Sunbeam heating pads. This one is stiff plastic, not comfortable to lie on, and the cover is thin and cheap synthetic fabric. It does not have the option to remain on longer than two hours, and as others have mentioned it does not get very hot. After using this one night I immediately reordered the Sunbeam model I previously had. I'm usually a big fan of Target's house brand items, but this one misses the mark by a mile.
Heats ok. But would never buy this again in about 3 weeks the cord started breaking away from the main heating. I would never buy a heating pad again unless ihe cord plugs info the heating pad like an electric blanket does
Like everyone else says, this heating pad doesn’t get hot enough. Sometimes I feel like it’s my own body heat making me warm. It tends to “balloon” when it’s on, and the cover reminds me of something you would find in a hospital.
Plus side is it does technically work, so it’s better than the Sunbeam that I bought.
