Loving this book! I’ve listened to Kat’s podcast and read her ebook several times over and now it’s so awesome to have a copy in my hands! I read it in the mornings and try to implement her 3 part morning routine even if I only have 3 minutes to include God, planning, and exercising to set myself up...see moreof the reviewer's review
