I was a little skeptical about using this product (and the conditioner) My hair is typically picky with products. It smells wonderful and works AMAZING with my fine, thinner, frizzy hair. Also I started using a soft cotton shirt to dry my hair and it is always amazing when I am done styling it

The smell was nice, and I felt super clean after. Unlike the other reviews, my hair didn’t fall off like that. My hair is bleached, I have platinum hair, and it is SO dry after using this shampoo.. if you feel it greasy on you, I recommend rinsing it out with colder water. But it made me consider choooing off my hair.. I just switched to suave keratin and it’s better

What you've described is not something we would expect. We would recommend washing your hair with a clarifying shampoo to remove excess product and dirt/grease. Also, to prevent it from happening again, I would recommend rinsing your hair thoroughly so that all shampoo, conditioner products are not left in, which can cause hair to be greasy or sticky feeling. So happy I finally found an affordable clean shampoo. This shampoo really does what it says it does! My hair is sleek and clean after use. I usually struggle with greasy roots about 12 hours after showering but this shampoo gives me almost 24 hrs without greasiness!

I really wanted to love this. Being cheaper and paraben/sulfate free but it left my hair looking and feeling greasy right after use. I have very straight hair. Maybe would work better for curly or dry hair.

I really wanted to like this shampoo because it smells great and makes my hair super soft, however, I have had A TON of hair falling out since starting this and it's getting increasingly worse. It's not a normal amount of hair loss, it's MUCH more and it only started after I began using this product (nothing else in my routine changed). Be aware if you have fine hair and use this shampoo!!

I have thick wavy hair that is frizzy & poofy.. this is the first product I've found that actually gets rid of frizz! No frizz, super smooth and shiny...looks like I just left the salon but all I did was wash it and let it air dry!

Was very happy to find an ewg verified shampoo in target for decent price. It smells nice and cleans well. BUT my daughter noticed that she was definitely having hair loss. I compared the ingredient to the ones listed on ewg site and its not the same. What a shame!

this shampoo has made my hair so soft and smooth. I was using mixed chicks but this is so much better. even in hard water it continued to keep my hair soft and healthy. I've been using it for about 3 weeks now and it's my new favorite. definitely worth a try. and for reference I'm mixed white and Mexican so I have semi coarse hair and this has worked wonders for me.

I noticed that I started losing hair gradually after using this shampoo. I have also noticed itching and dandruff, which I’ve never had an issue with before. My hair looks so dry that I can go 5 days+ but feels weighed down and tangles extremely easily. I’m afraid to brush it since I’m losing it simultaneously. Hoping I can grow back the hair I lost no problem after throwing this stuff away.

Great For My Psoriasis

I've had a massive breakout of psoriasis in my scalp for almost a year. Nothing else was working, even prescription creams/ointments (which make your hair gross). I decided to give this a shot and within a couple months my psoriasis breakout is almost completely gone. I haven't had this clear it a scalp since this started nearly 20 years ago!!! I also haven't had to switch off this product like I ALWAYS have to do after 3 to 6 weeks. Only complaint is it does NOT help my frizz at all lol. The clearing of the psoriasis and fact I don't have to keep rotating shampoos was is worth 5* to me though.

I absolutely love this shampoo! I have had problems with my hair being frizzy for about 4 years and I tried other shampoos that either didn't work or didn't work enough for me to continue using it. This shampoo got rid of most of my frizz and I'm very happy with it and my hair feels clean without feeling dry. It also smells amazing. I highly recommend it.
