These proceedings contain papers that have been subjected to a double blind refereeing process conducted by academic peers with specific expertise in the key themes and research orientation of the papers. It provides an opportunity for readers to engage with a selection of refereed papers that were presented during the 3rd International Hospitality and Tourism Conference (IHTC2016). The proceedings are divided into 7 themes, namely:

The papers published in the conference proceedings will contribute to the dissemination of knowledge while serving as a unique international forum for both industry and academia.
