My son who is 8 years old played with this for 10 minutes and wanted to return it. He had trouble getting the nano bug in the tube. This toy just has limited ways to play and takes up too much room. But the cat found it entertaining!  see moreof Momx3's review

My son wanted this for Christmas. It just isn't that exciting and it's hard to get the Hex Bug to land in one of the upper tubes. It takes up a lot of space and was played with for maybe half an hour combined time.  see moreof samb's review

Within minutes of having it put together my 3 yr old had launched the bug into tunnels twice! Both of my children loved this. We did get it on sale. I'm not sure $40 is a ...  see moreof Mom of Two's review
