Q: Why is there a flap/opening on the back of the case? It would make sense if there was a flap covering the charging port, but it’s on the back and I don’t get it.

Great color. I’ve read ppl saying the clip broke. Please know this is NOT a pry “pull open/apart” clip. It’s a “push down” to open clip. You have to push down (in the middle) where the clasps meet, then make sure the clasps are secure. So far, I love this. I also don’t plan to clasp it to anything really. If anything, clasp it to an inner zipper / handle in my back, so if (based on some reviews) it comes undone, it’ll be in my bag. I bought it primarily to quickly locate it in my bag as the AirPods (alone) blends in easily in the bag & gets lost quickly because of its size.
