Its more like a blanket than a rug becayse its so thin, it sheds like crazy so you will find thin haurs from that rug all over your place. Threads are coming loose and will stick out so it makes it uncomfortable to walk on. This i more like a rug for outdoor our your garages but nit for indoors.cheaply made and overprived. r

The photo does not do this rug justice. It’s a pale navy-grey color. If you’re not accustomed to jute, you’ll notice a smell. It’s natural, it fades. There’s no backing so it lays well.

I think the rug is really pretty and love the texture and fringe. I did not notice any offensive smell. I think it looks much more expensive than it is. We will see how it holds up but so far so good. It isn’t a soft fluffy rug but it’s not uncomfortable to sit on or walk on, nothing sharp or painful poking at you or anything like that
