These works as anticipated. Each trek pole tightens to adjust in two spots. The pole is spring loaded to have a slight bounce when pressure is placed on it. I'm going to physical therapy for mobility issues, and balance issues. They wanted me to get these walking poles to help with my daily home therapy program. To my surprise these are just as good quality as expensive ones at the hospital! I highly recommend these.see moreof the reviewer's review

The poles are exactly what I was looking for. I like the adjustable height and the spring in the tip offers a little more stability.see moreof the reviewer's review

These are easy to assemble and easily adjusted to any height. They are a set of two for a third of the price that most charge and have rubber tips for indoor that can be removed for outdoor. They have a bottom guard choice of snow-flaky looking or little guard. Frankly, we couldn't be more satisfied...see moreof the reviewer's review
