Apps don’t work most of the time, I can go out in my living room (hisense Roku tv) turn on a movie on Hulu come to my bedroom and turn Hulu on my hisense google tv and it won’t work. Wish I would’ve gotten another Roku instead of google tv.

Not crazy for this TV

The price was right on this one after my kids broke the screen on my last TV. However, getting set up had lots of hiccups. You must have a Google account to get your TV set up. The QR code on screen to start set up -- takes you to some weird site, and nothing to do with Google TV. The TV does not stay connected to wireless internet smoothly (my downstairs TV would be working without issue and upstairs would say there is no connection -- I'd look at the connection settings on the TV and it would say it was connected, but still not connect to any of the apps. No matter what I do - it will not log me into my disney account. It says I am logged in in a message on the TV, and I confirm on my phone disney app -- but then takes me back to the intro login screen and never goes into the Disney app. This is my first Google TV, not impressed.

We bought this t.v March 13, 2023. 3 days ago I paused my show, went to make dinner, came back in the room and the screen was nothing but lines and black spots. I immediately contacted SquareTrade who we had bought a 3 year warranty with for $54. I sent them pictures of the T.V and was told it was damaged and not covered under warranty. This TV has not moved in almost a year, has never fell or been hit. The screen issue is not from damage and SquareTrade refuses to replace it. Our son has the exact same TV and is having issues with his as well. Do not waste your money!

Spectrum app not being available

It said that they offer spectrum app for cable so I wouldn’t have to have box or Roku hooked up but it lied I can’t even download it which sucks and reason why I went for this tv when I normally use Roku tvs

Had this tv for about a year. I’ve read previous reviews about the sound issues , and ignored them . Wellll, now my sound will be normal , and then drop down to a lower setting. Then go back up to the original setting. Annoying. But then again I guess you get what you pay for.

I got this TV on a black Friday sale. It was 200, and we paid 178 after coupons. I had a TCL Roku prior, which lasted me about 5 years or so and still works fine. I've had this a few months and it's just so slowwwww. It's constantly lagging, I would stay away from this brand

I purchased this TV in September of 2021. It is January of 2024 and the TV has stopped working! Do not buy! I paid $300! Just buy yourself a Vizio or a more reputable brand! Save yourself the trouble because customer service is a joke!!
