[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a delicious red wine vinegar that I used to make a salad dressing. It’s tart, but not sour, and mixed easily with my other components. The glass bottle is nice and thick so I don’t feel like I’ll break it if I knock it lightly against something. I would definitely purchase more vinegars/sauces from Holland House!

I’ve tried a few other brands but this one is a perfect balance between acidity and fruity notes. I love to use it for salad dressings and to marinate meat. Also, I love its glass packaging over those plastic ones!

This is a product that I keep as a staple in my kitchen,as I use it while preparing so many different things. I use this product to make oil and vinegar dressing,to season and flavor roasted vegetables,to make marinades for my meats and many other things. This product also makes an excellent meat tenderizer,as the acidity in the vinegar helps break down the tough fibers in the meat resulting in juicy and tender meat.
