I am absolutely thrilled to have tried this. I have a hard time sleeping and the spray really does help me to feel more calm and relaxed at bedtime. I think it is perfect for making sure you get a good night's sleep. The bath bomb was awesome it literally spun around the tub leaving behind a calming and great smelling moisturizing bath. I didn't have any weird irritation or dry skin from it either. The spray is great for being able to help at home but also take on the go to make sure you sleep well at hotels ect..... the lavendar and whatever else they have infused into the spray helps me drift off quickly and stay asleep. I feel like I even slept deeper. I was actually very impressed with how well the combo helped me drift off. Overall super satisfied and will be trying more varieties too. I was really expecting this Holler and Glow - CTRL, ALT, SLEEP BATH BOMB AND PILLOW SPRAY SET to be a great product. The scent was off. It was hard to clean out of the tub, it took me 3 tries. I loveeeee bath bombs and getting to relax in the tub . I can’t say enough great things about this bath bomb and pillow spray set . The bath bomb is huge to start off with . It has lavender epsom salt in the middle that when the bath bomb dissolves goes right into the bath to make you more relaxed . The quality of the bath bomb was amazing . It did not just dissolve super fast it took a little while . The spray smells so good and the lavender makes you feel relaxed and sleep so well . I will purchase more of these sets !! I have to say I was not expecting this bath bomb and spray to smell so good! The bath bomb made my skin feel silky smooth, and smell wonderful! This is a great little bath kit. Perfect for a gift or to treat yourself to something nice. The bath bomb is great when taking a bath or shower. It has a calming lavender smell. The fragrance is strong enough to smell it once it's been submerged in water, but not overwhelming enough to give you a headache. Same for the pillow spray. It's a soft lavender smell that isn't overwhelming, though I would give it time to air out before putting my head down on it. I think this would be a great gift for someone that appreciates self care and may need something to help them wind down and relax at the end of the night. The Glittery Diamond Shaped "Chill Hard Hun" Bath Bomb features a Lavender & Golden Chamomile scent that is not overpowering. It dissolved completely and made the water in my tub feel soft & silky. Bathing with this Bath Bomb was truly a relaxing experience. The "Catch Your zzzs" Calming Sleep Spray is scented with a combination of Lavender, Chamomile & Sandalwood. The scent is light, and effective in helping me fall asleep. Just a couple of spritz of this fine mist on my pillowcase lasted all night long. Happy to say that it did Not stain the fabric.
