I’m giving this two stars because there’s lil gloss at dollar tree that tastes the exact same. I wanted to find a dupe for this matcha cookie lip I love from Ulta that was cheaper and this definitely wasn’t it. I think I may regift this if I don’t visit target soon to return it. I don’t recommend it since this literally tastes like the dollar tree version.

I honestly didn’t expect to love this as much as I do! The strawberry donut scent is sweet and fun without being overpowering. The formula feels smooth and lightweight, giving my lips a juicy shine without any stickiness. The Baby Pink shade adds the prettiest soft tint that enhances my natural lip color and makes my lips look fresh and glossy. I’ve been reaching for it almost everyday because it feels hydrating and comfortable to wear. Overall it’s cute, smells amazing, and makes my lips look and feel great! Definitely a new favorite!

I’m not familiar with this brand at all, but I love trying new lip products. I’ve been a fan of the silicone tips that have been coming out, so I decided to try. For starters, at the time of buying the product and also writing the review, there were no lip swatches of the product (only a glob of product). The product is “tinted”, so I was expecting a more subtle hint of color (especially since one of the offered colors is green). The color is a much more neon, barbie pink. It does not look good on me. The donut-shaped applicator is also awkward; it’s hard to apply evenly and it feels gross to leave product collecting in the “donut hole”. Whether I apply a little or a lot, it doesn’t look good. Might be better for someone with a cooler/paler complexion, but I really didn’t like it. It smells like strawberry donut glaze, it feels decent on the lips, and I really like the packaging (twist cap and concept of silicone tips) but it’s just not wearable out or to bed. I think I would have really enjoyed the product had it either been completely colorless or at least less opaque. I wish there had actually been more photos of the lip serum itself instead of various shots of the packaging. I still think the product is “good” and again I liked the packaging, but I would not have bought it had the color been better communicated.

Beautiful color, not as dark as it looks. Scent is a tiny bit stronger on this one than others by Holler.

Today is the first time I’m trying, so hard to say how it holds up over time, how moisturizing etc, BUT I have to say I do not like how fragranced it is unfortunately. I feel like I typically prefer no fragrance, but overall I can tolerate it! The second I put this one on I felt like I was eating lotion and I didn’t get any inside my mouth. I thought something like matcha would be very light and minimally scented if any. Overall I’ll still use it since I bought it, but I don’t know if I would want to repurchase unless they had an unscented version! Love the little donut applicator though, that’s fun!

I loveeee this gloss. Application is smooth and the scents are just delightful. I have Mocha and Smores. The tint shade gives a nice touch

I purchased this in shade strawberry donut and it is amazing! I really like the packaging and the applicator which is really comfortable on my lips. For the price this really impressed me hydration wise, it's a good amount of hydration but not something for those with very dry peely lips. I do think that the smell is a little artificial but not it's too strong. It is definitely more pigmented than I thought but I still makes a good everyday lip balm. Recommend!!

Love it! Saw someone review this on TikTok. I didn’t know holler came out with a lip serum line. I bought all of them. Strawberry is my favorite. Other lip serums cost $20+, you can’t beat this deal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay, I really need to talk about this Holler Glaze Over lip serum because I am so conflicted. First of all, can we talk about the packaging? I’m obsessed. The jelly top applicator is easily one of the coolest designs I’ve ever seen for a lip gloss—I wanted to love it for that alone. And looking at the tube, the color is absolutely stunning. But you guys... the actual experience? Not it. As soon as I put it on, my lips started burning. It wasn't even a cute "plumping" tingle, it just felt off. The texture is also super weird; it’s really sticky, but at the same time, it has this almost "toothpaste" feel to it? It’s hard to describe, but it’s definitely not comfortable. Also, the color was such a letdown on me. It looked so pretty in the tube, but on my skin, it just looked really muted and muddy. Maybe it’s just because I’m on the paler side, but it did absolutely nothing for me. And the scent... if you love that super artificial, cheap strawberry candy smell, you might like this. But for me, it just felt like I smeared a 5-cent gas station lollipop over my mouth. I’m actually so sad because the aesthetic is 10/10, but the formula is a total miss for me. Definitely a "save your money" moment on this one.
