This unit doesnt require an air compressor, so it uses less power and saves energy and money. Just add water and ice to the 6.6-gallon tank, place it near an open window or door and plug it in. It has an automatic shutoff timer, an electronic control panel and a remote that works from across the room. Four fan speeds and oscillating louvers evenly distribute air through the honeycomb cooling media to make a large or small room cool and comfortable. Easily move the unit from room to room with the 4 easy-rolling caster wheels. This unit also features a removable filter, a programmable timer, adjustable humidification level and handles.

Bought this unit for a converted garage space. I can say its a little cooler but NOT enough for the price. I'm of the fence of keeping this unit

It is horrible and blows only hot air, I guess if you need a heater in the middle of summer this is the right item. It could not even cool down 200 sq.feet of property. Waist of time and money.

I guess I had higher expectations for this portable air conditioner. It is more like an overpriced fan. I used it in the living room and my thermometer would still read higher than the temperature outside. I would keep it if it wasn't so expensive, but I'm taking it back, not worth the money.
