Q: Is this tower fan water cooling?
A: No, this item is a simple fan. It circulates the existing air within the room, helping you to feel cooler, it does NOT cool the room. You might be thinking of a portable Air Conditioning/Evaporative Cooler Unit.

Q: How cold does it make a room?
A: I use the fan in my husband's office and the fan along with the central air conditioning system keeps the room comfortable. This room is a small room that usually is much warmer then other rooms in our home, therefore, I keep the fan going all the time when the outside temperature is 100 or more. It works very well for us.

Q: do this osculate the whole 360 degrees?
A: No. It moves at about 180 degrees.

Q: what features are on the remote control. can i control speed, oscillating, on/off and how is fan connected to base will it tip over easily.
A: Thank you for your inquiry. This unit's remote control includes a power button, fan speed button, and oscillation control button. Additionally, the fan housing is secured to the base with a locking nut, and we would not expect this fan to tip over easily. Q: How efficient is this fan if you have no central air conditioning?
