Worst vacuum I’ve ever owned. It doesn’t pick up anything and hair gets stuck in the pole every single time I vacuum. I end up having to disconnect the entire vacuum and pull hair out every time and then pick up things off the ground by hand.
Does well to keep up to dust and hair, cannot handle tiny rocks. Once you are done vacuuming the little fine rocks and heavier debris falls down the vacuum tube and must be swept up. Kinda disappointing. I am using for vinyl and laminant floors and area rugs at doorway. The battery holds up great and the attachments are helpful. I have contemplated returning vacuum because of poor suction but I think I will keep it. It does well for dust and light everyday debris. I have a regular vacuum for the thorough cleans.
we've had this about 6 months it just stopped at first it kept stopping every few sseconds now it starts and shuts off about every 2 seconds not a good thing to have and wont have another one for the price of this it should have lasted way longer than 6 months not happy with it at all always thought the Hoover products were great not true for this one
I bought this almost a year ago and am very frustrated with it. It continually gets clogged up as the dirt goes into the canister. It also clogs up in the bending hose part. I have to dig everything out each time I use this. I love the size and ease of this but I feel like I’m working more than I have to. Is there a way to stop the clogs?
I was talked into getting this vacuum and I hate it. I’m honestly thinking about throwing it away since I don’t have a receipt to take it back. Not only does it not pick up anything other than dust or hair, when you use it, all the hair (dog) gets caught in the pole and the main part of the vacuum. This means that every time I vacuum, I have to empty the container and use my fingers to pull hair out of every part of the vacuum. As I vacuum, I have to pick up any pieces on the ground, including small and thin pieces of fern leaves. I would LOVE to return this!!
I bought this a month ago to use for quick after dinner pickups in the kitchen especially, but all around the house. I thought it would be great because it’s lightweight and my girls can use it easily. It works pretty well on pet hair, but doesn’t do well with crumbs and other things that my kids track in. It seems like it’s working until you stop it and everything falls out the bottom, or sometimes it just kicks everything out the back because you push the hard floor button and it doesn’t change the function at all. The light comes on, but the roller doesn’t stop spinning. It’s not cheap either. Sad waste of money for my family!
