Bought for daughter's 7th birthday. She loved the size, lights, and ability to play music via bluetooth. It was nice to see her happy with it and I was going to post a positive review, however, it stopped working after one week. It's basically dead, even after showing as fully charged. Unfortunately, I did not peel off and save the sticker with the serial number as instructed in the manual and sometime while holding it, my daughter peeled off the stickers and threw them away, not knowing the serial was needed. So, basically this was a huge waste of over $200+ and now I have to find a more reliable product/brand.

We purchased this in December because we saw it was on sale. We gifted to our son in January and we got to use it maybe twice and then it stopped working! It has a red X won’t go away. This was a lot money and there no help in trouble shooting. Very disappointed!

Poor quality. Stopped working the very first day within an hour or so (sad Christmas). Exchanged it and stopped working again within 2 weeks. No online support and no troubleshooting for anything more than how to recalibrate the board. I would not recommend!
