Battery replacement - 3 months ago
Battery starts off good, but then soon after the battery goes bad. Tried getting one, looked everywhere, but was told they must be purchased through manufacturer. Hover 1 wants you to submit a ticket, as no one answers the phone, (we have tried numerous times). After submiting the ticket, you will wait, and wait, until you give up. No one responds. You can not just order the battery on their website either. I would not reccomend this company as they have no support, and the product is not worth the $$$. We now have an expensive non working scooter in the garage, going to the trash.

Scooter will no longer turn on

After only minor usage (3-4 times a month) for about 8 months, the scooter will no longer power on. The scooter turned off on its own randomly at around 80% power and has no turned on since. When I attempt to charge the battery, I cannot tell if it is even charging (light remains green on the charger).
