A: No, the DeskJet 2755e does not have auto 2-sided printing.

Q: How does the Instant Ink free subscription work? Do I request refills thru a website monthly for the first six months or is it an autoshipment?
A: Thank you for the question. When you redeem the offer, you'll provide HP with your address and the number of pages you'll expect to print each month. HP will ping the printer to check the ink levels - it's important to keep the printer powered on and connected to the internet. HP will send ink replacements before you run out. Note that HP ensures that you'll have ink coverage for the period indicated in the free offer. The cartridges contain more ink than standard and you may not receive cartridges each month, just when you need them.

Q: Does this printer have a paper drawer?
A: This model does not have a dedicated paper tray. The paper is top loaded from the back with a gravity feed. The feeder will hold up to 60 pages for printing.

Q: does this printer scan multiple pages
A: Hello, Karen. Thanks for your question. This HP Deskjet 2755e printer doesn't have an ADF (Auto Document Feeder) that would allow you to scan multiple pages. You would put in each page on the flatbed scanner. If you want a printer with the ADF, we recommend looking at the HP Deskjet 4155e printer.

Q: What does the HP+ program cost?
A: Great question, Mike! HP+ is a new printing solution that comes Free with select HP printers. It delivers an extra year of warranty protection, increased sustainability, and free ink for the first six months from HP Instant Ink! If you choose to keep Instant Ink after that, the price will depend on the print plan you choose. There are several plans available.

Q: Does this come with sample ink or do I need to buy ink separately
A: The cartridges it comes with are rated at about 100 pages for the black and 75 for the color.

Q: how do I inlarge on this copier HP Deskjet 2700 ?
