Terrible set up instructions. I had to YouTube a video that was helpful. Granted, I’m not very tech savvy but it should come with much better instructions. And between uses, its hit or miss if if reconnects easily - again, no simple instructions on this either and had go through set up process a second time to get it printing again. We bought this for our college student to print with on weekends at home. I’m still on the fence if I’m keeping it. When it works it’s ok. We’ve gone through a ton of ink considering the small amount we’ve printed. Discouraged by this purchase.

It doesn’t work and I can’t get to connect it to my phone. It’s hard to set up the Wi-Fi thing and the most annoying thing that bothers me is that it prints whenever I turn on the Wi-Fi which wastes inks for nothing. I’m going to return this thing. Never even use it to print documents except information regarding setting it up and useless info whenever Wi-Fi is turn on

If I could give this printer and HP Service zero stars I would. It has not printed properly since the day we bought it. We’ve spent 7+ hours on the phone with different issues over the last month. They’re sending us another one since we’re out of return window to target ( by one day:( ) but I honestly don’t want it. This printer is awful do not buy it.

Can't print double-sided, flew through the ink, alignment not great

I just set up the printer only to realize it can't print double-sided. I can't print odd then print even pages when I'm trying to print 6 pages to one sheet. I also flew through the ink almost immediately after trying to print 14 pages of a powerpoint presentation. Now I wish I didn't have to go through the hassle of figuring out how to remove it from all my laptops/phone, cancel automatic ink ordering and figure out how to return this hunk of junk.

Ive had several printers over the years, but this one was the easiest to setup. I downloaded the HP app and it guided me through the whole set up. No more guessing if I did it right. Now I can print from ny phone as well. I love this printer!

Has changed this purchase to Envy series I’m having difficulty dealing with the paper feeder it’s too narrow. I have to fixed it from time to time which is frustrating but the rest functionality is good for a budget wise printer. But with Envy Inspire 7255e everything was flawless. Thumbs up to the customer service and the hassle free return. Keep it up guys!

Don’t buy it. The ink cartridges do not hold a lot of ink. You can only copy one page at a time. There is no fax machine. It’s a very slow printer.

If you’ve installed replacement cartridges, the XL cartridges designed for your printer have estimated yields of 200 to 240 pages, while the regular size cartridges are expected to produce 100 to 120 pages. How cartridges perform in your own printer varies according to numerous factors, including resolution, how dry the air is and how absorbent the paper is. Regardless, if your results differ dramatically from the estimates above – and if print speed does not adequately improve – I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and find a solution.
