  • A: Hello, Karen. Thanks for your question. This HP Deskjet 2755e printer doesn't have an ADF (Auto Document Feeder) that would allow you to scan multiple pages. You would put in each page on the flatbed scanner. If you want a printer with the ADF, we recommend looking at the HP Deskjet 4155e printer.

This is definitely one of the printers that meet the definition of “you get what you pay for”. I wouldn’t consider it high grade. I don’t see this printer printing off 80 pages on one job. It does need TLC and patience when trying to set it up. So if you don’t have patience, you’re better of looking at another printer.

When this printer actually works the pages print fine. I have had nothing but problems with this printer. I have important paperwork to print and this is the third time I've had issues.

This printer has given me nothing but problems. It's almost never connected when I try and print so I have to reconnect it every time. It's also slow, and the ink smudges on all the pages. It wasn't expensive so I wasn't expecting the best quality, but I'm still disappointed. It's a frustrating little thing.

Worst printer I've ever owned - dating back to 1996. I've installed the driver multiple times and have troubleshooted it countless times. I finally got it to print a word doc yesterday and I go to print something today and it won't connect to my network. This printer is absolute garbage. Going to take it to my backyard now and have an office space ceremony and take a baseball bat to it. If I could give this negative stars, I would.

Had this a couple of years. When it works it's fine but too cumbersome. Too many clicks and too many bugs. It isn't intuitive at all. You have to troubleshoot to fix malfunctions. Uses ink like crazy! Sometimes just disconnects and you have to log in and you get error messages. Very inconvenient. Now my printer will work but not the scanner. Grrr... I'll never get another one!

Printer always has issues and goes offline for no reason. It always says that it's not ready and needs countless restarts. I do not recommend you buy this unless you want a puzzle

I'm not happy with the printer. Its printing continually, and wasting lots of my printing paper. I would like to return it. Also, whats troubling I think I have a computer bug that I received when the printer was being installed. Having problems going to other web sites, for example trying to get info from mapquest, and a map kept coming up that was Berlin Germany. I'm not happy. What advice can you give me. Thank you. Not a happy customer!
