This computer does everything the casual user needs. Webcam and microphone and Bluetooth are perfect for meetings and virtual appointments. The only thing I took off for was the surface is easy to show prints. It’s hard to keep it clean.

I bought this to replace a very old HP Pavilion. Decision was made because of the price and the size. As I already have yearly subscription for Microsoft Office and one drive so I really didn't benefit from the year's free offer. the design of the laptop is good but the power button is really bad. Also the sensitivity is shocking, things are zooming in and out with no reason. The bar at the side of the panel is extremely thin and it is very difficult to put the pointer on it to go go up or down. Basically I regret this purchase and I wish I have a chance to return or exchange it.

A good size for me to move around the house with or take with me wherever I'm going that day. Video streaming works well on this HP. There is however one issue I take with this product. The screen visibility is decreased when looking at the screen from certain angles. Otherwise, a good choice for someone who want a laptop for entertainment or simple everyday use.

WHY when this is only 3 months old. This started a month ago and is getting worse. NOT happy with HP and will tell anyone.
