Q: I am having trouble vacuuming. I have a Miele vacuum and every time I place it on the carpet the vacuum stops. I think the rug is too thick. Any recommendations?

Q: Is the ivory/beige 8x10 TCIN 51671320 made of the same material (and thickness) as the gray 8x10 TCIN 51307042? I bought the beige 8'6" x 12" and it wasn't as plush as the 8x10 that I previously purchased

This is by far the best rug that I have purchased yet. It it thick, and so soft. We wanted a new rug for the living room, and this one did the trick. The color is beautiful, and did I mention how soft it was?. I will be replacing my other rugs with this one!

This rug is gorgeous!! It’s thick and a little shaggy (but not too much) and the coloring is beautiful with lots of dimension. I got the ivory with grey pattern and it’s a mid grey in person even though online the grey looks more beige. It’s well made and has held up to shampooing, vacuuming, kids and dogs.

Didn’t even unwrap as rug arrived Fed Ex ground filled with moisture and mildew on back side of rug. Very disappointing and had to lug back to the store for return. Had high expectations based on reviews. No offer for replacement item. Seeking different rug at this point.

Plush but has a smell..

Has a mildew smell. The rug is very thick, plush & soft. However, the mildew smell that came with it has not gone away since having it in the room for a few weeks now. There is a card accompanying the rug ("What's that smell?") explaining that the smell is from the carpet being rolled up & it will go away after being aired out. I've never had a rug smell so much like mildew. We like the look & feel of it so much that we tried cleaning it. We tried airing it outside for a few hours. It helped for a couple days & the mildew smell came back. One of my kids starts sneezing while in the room with it. Not going to be able to keep this one in our house.
