This was my 4 year olds gift. We attempted to put it together on her birthday and then realized it was missing the pedals. We exchanged and then the second box didn’t come with enough screws for the little handle carriage basket thing. Also one of the pedals had to be forced on.

This bike is really cute and was easy to assemble. The streamers that come out of the handlebars shed a little more excessively than normal. It’s distracting and upsetting for my 4 year old that the pieces fly off while she’s riding. You can’t really remove the streamers once installed without damaging the rubber handlebar covers. If your little one is also meticulous I’d leave them off when assembling.

The basket is missing from the package. It is frustrating as we have already installed it. Called the customer service but they cannot provide the missing basket. Daughter is disappointed as she is wanting to have a bike with a basket for so long! :(

Bought this for my daughters Christmas present and we have not been able to use it. This came missing a nut and bolt and the metal piece to assemble only one of the training wheels. Tried to take this as an opportunity to teach my 5 y/o how to ride a bike without them, however, the handle bars do not control the front tire. It bc is almost as if the tire has a mind of its own.

Neither left pedal would go onto the bike, tried with multiple versions and both had the same issue that a previous reviewer mentioned, absolutely pathetic quality control and now my daughter’s birthday is ruined.

Alex, the left pedal is a reverse thread, meaning you need to screw it in backwards. "Lefty-tighty" instead of "righty-tighty". Please give us a call at 800 842 2453 for more assistance.

We purchased this bicycle for our four year old’s birthday. Upon assembling the bike, we realized the box did not contain pedals. We packed the bike up and returned it to the store. We explained what happened to the manager, and he exchanged the bike for another. We went home and assembled the second bike, only to find that this bike was ALSO MISSING PARTS (all the decorative basket pieces)! Exhausted and sad about disappointing our 4 year old again, we kept it and allowed her to ride it as is. Do not purchase this bike from Target.

So far the building of the bike hasn’t been terrible but even before that the “doll seat” that comes with the bike , which was our main reason for going with this one, was not in the box. Now my daughter who was so excited to ride her bike with her Anna and Elsa dolls cannot do this. It came with instructions for mounting the doll seat and everything needed to put it on except for the seat itself. Extremely disappointed and hoping to hear back as soon as possible
