Very strong thermogenic. if your sensitive to caffeine I would not recommend this product. It will make you sweat so if you sweat a lot already wouldn’t suggest unless you drinking plenty of water.solid product gives you good energy without a crash.

I dont feel i have been taking this product long enough to give results yet. It works pretty quickly. I try to take it 30 minutes before meals so that way it doesnt kick in while eating. I dont get the shakes while using this product. I do light working out and just started a diet. I feel good when i take it just dont take it close to bed or you wont be going to bed. I only down 2 pounds but i feel you have to take it at least 2 months before you start seeing good results.

MuscleTech really knows how to market their products. The packaging alone is enough to convince someone to grab off the shelf or purchase online. Once you open the package, the pills themselves are a non-conventional bright red, which almost insinuates that you're on your way to having your metabolism fired up. I decided that now was the time. I dove in head first and followed the directions to the “T”. The first day had no difference but that’s was only the first day. The second day of taking it I noticed a difference in my overall feeling towards everything. I was slowly feeling like I had no desire to eat what I used to eat. I had energy and drive like I used to when I was drinking energy drinks. Now at first it feeling like a lot of product at one time but you have to take that get it all in your system. Once in your system you golden. You take half the product and it’s even easier. I mean taking something 30 mins before a meal is easy, all you have to finish when you start making food take the product. This is the next step when you hit that weight loss wall. This product allowed me to it just get over that wall but take off running headfirst towards my goals
