Missing parts/no customer service

Bike itself is fine but for what I paid for it, the lack of customer service made it not worth it. Box arrived with lots of tape on the side but everything seemed fine, bike was missing a reflector and the pedals! Had an excited kid waiting and target says this seller is a "non-respond target partner" meaning target cannot help with any issues and the seller cannot be contacted. So no partial credit, no way to get replacement parts, just the option to send the entire bike back for a refund and order another. It was easier to just buy the missing parts but at a loss and inconvenience to me as the buyer. Very frustrating and disappointing.
