The headset worked for about 6-7 months until I droped it about 20in off the ground and the left side of the headset started to become muffled and later completely silent!

I've gone through 2 of these headsets and the only issue is that the mouthpiece/microphone ends up breaking over time. Since you have to pull it up and down to mute I think the wiring inside eventually gives out, first your microphone will start giving static then it'll stop working completely. The volume adjustment also kind of sucks. Good headset otherwise

You can NOT hear yourself in this headset. It does not have microphone monitoring. You can hear others very clearly and it does block noise but it isn’t good for virtual meetings or phone calls over a PC because you can not hear your own voice.

when I opened it I thought it was going to be good but when I plugged it in it felt staticiy then I tried to watch a video and the audio was so loud. Also the mics mute feature didn't work at all and the mic was echoing like crazy.

The packaging was quite secure and kept the product safe until arrival. The headset itself is adjustable for different sized noggins. We believe that it will also be amazing for music and are planning to try that out next.

The packing was really nice, everything was tied down and it seemed to be very secure. The sound quality is good, there was a small static at first but it went away shortly after not sure if it was the headset or the game. I like that it has a corded I prefer headsets with a cord.

Comfortable ear cups for long wear for up to 2-3 hours, the volume is decent didn't have any issues just minors but wasn't unbearable and the microphone is excellent. The price is great especially for someone who is just starting out, u don't have to worry about breaking the bank.

I also really like the feature that when you flip the microphone up, it will mute the microphone. It also has a controllable volume to make the game easier to hear. Even though, it is for a playstation 4, it is also compatable with our Xbox which I think is an amazing feature. The only dislike I have is that it is not cordless but other than that I give it five stars.
