Q: Picture shows a collar-type thing to prevent the hook from sliding off the showerhead, but there is no mention of this in the product description. Is this collar included?

Beautiful and functional shower caddy. We have this one in both the over-the-showerhead and over-the-door design. Holds a lot and allows bottles with round caps to be inverted to use up the last bit of shampoo, etc.

I love the look of this shower caddy and like that it's rust-resistant. I've only had it for a couple of weeks though, so time will tell in regards to rust. I also chose this one because it has long loofa hooks so you can hang your loofas further away from the shower wall to avoid mold/mildew buildup.
