Q: Is it leakproof? When ice melts, will it leak?

A: Hi Jennabell, thanks for your question. Although the Igloo MaxCold Evergreen Gripper does have a leak-resistant liner, it isn't 100% leakproof because the zippers are not waterproof zippers. Our recommendation for this cooler is to use ice packs or ice blocks instead of regular ice. Hope this helps to answer your question!

A: Hi Erin, thanks for your question. This is kind of a tricky one because it is dependent on several variables - like how long you plan to keep the milk in the cooler, if the cooler was pre-chilled, how much extra ice or ice substitutes are used, etc. What I can tell you is that when the cooler bag was tested in an oven at 90 degrees (+/-3 degrees), it retained ice for about 20 hours. To be safe, I'd say it may thaw a bit but it should definitely stay cold. Hope this helps to answer your question!

Q: What are the internal dimensions? Looking for something that will fit two bento boxes stacked on top of each other — each one is 8 x 6 x 1.75 inches.

A: Hi SC - good question! The internal dimensions of the Polarmax are about 10 inches L x 7 inches W x 5 inches H. Based on the measurements you provided for the bento boxes, it looks like you should be able to fit 2 of them stacked on top of each other. Hope this helps!

This is one of the better soft coolers I have had. It is built solid, keeps items/cans of soda/water nice and cold all day. I use ice packs in it. It is not excessively large which is what I wanted. My wife loves it. My only regret is I should of gotten 2 while they were on sale.

I've used this cooler bag for a few years now and it works best for me compared to others. It's spacious in the cooler area, and the separate upper compartment allows me to carry all my items in one bag. It's a little on the large size but has a great shoulder strap.

Good size, keeps stuff cold. Having the extra compartments is great, but the strap is forever in the way. Strap is attached above the lower compartment zipper and to the flap of the top compartment. Whenever you want to opening the big, bottom compartment you have to lift the strap out of the way. It should be attached below the lower zipper. Makes opening the compartments way harder than it should be.

Had an old igloo cooler for many years that worked really well. The liner ripped so had to get a new one. This new cooler worked for 2 months before the bottom back side gave out. It's lopsided now. My next cooler will be a different brand. Very disappointing.
