Q: How do I use the measuring tape to measure the ball? It said line up the holes on the measuring tape but I can find the holes...
A: Depending on the size that you purchased, mark 55, 65 or 75cm up on a wall, or place two objects (like two chairs) that distance apart and inflate the ball until it reaches that height or fills the space in between the two objects.

Q: I am 5 ft and my husband is 5'8.. would the 65 inch work best for us or the 55 inch?
A: We recommend the 55cm ball for heights 5'-5'7". This size will be great if you'd like to use the same ball. If you are purchasing separately, I may recommend the 65cm ball for your husband.

Q: Does it come with a plug puller? Or how do you get the plug out to add more air once it’s already inflated
A: This does not come with a plug puller. The plug should be easy to remove with your fingers. Do not use any sharp options like a knife to assist you with removing the plug or it may puncture the ball. If you have any questions, please contact help@spri.com for assistance.
