This exercise step has so far really helped me in my routine because of the length and the width is perfect. Being 64 I’m still active and this step has helped be with my balance. The yellow pieces separate allowing the unit to become about 4-5 inches lower or higher. Machines are great and I have several but these adding the step has upped my program. I would recommend. I’ve tried so many and pricey units. Save your money and buy this one.

Cheap and flimsy. Not sturdy at all. I rocked back and forth while I was stepping, and I am NOT overweight. I almost tripped over it.

Great price! I’d been looking for a bench on other sites and this was by far the least expensive. It holds up well and is adjustable. If you’re a beginner the lowest level is nice and low.

Very solid and good size not too big or too small. I also like that the height is adjustable depending on your exercise.

It’s adequate for my needs, but it’s just plastic and not the best quality. Also, the pieces that attach to the bottom to make the step higher fall off very easily.

Just started doing aerobic step classes and this is so narrow my heel always feels like it’s hanging off. Other than that it’s fine.
Returned....
3 out of 5 stars
Rhonda - 2 years ago, Verified purchaser
I returned this bench for 2 reasons.... the biggest one is that even though is was advertised as having 4 non-slip pads, this thing slid all over the floor making it not safe. The information did say that it was suggested that you use a non-slip mat under, I feel that is just another trip hazard. The second reason, which is my fault for not reading closer, is that it only has one riser instead of two.
Blocks Fall Off

I like it for the functionality, but I hate that when I pick it up, the risers fall off. I wish they'd stay in place when I have to move it quickly between sets. I'm hoping to exchange for one that keeps them in place when moving the step around.
