Q: Does the bassinet come with a matress in the bassinet? Your answer of it comes with a matress pad is not helpful. Also, does it come with a sheet for the mattress or do sheets need to be bought separately?

To only have one sheet that you would have to wait to wash and dry at 3 am after a leaky diaper, spit up, etc would make you insane. Babies are messy, you need back up sheets and back up for your backup

A: It takes a bit of maneuvering in my house, but yes definitely mobile and fits through doors. The base is the biggest problem.

Q: How can this be used for up to one year if it says "Use only with a child who is unable to push up on hands and knees, pull up or sit unassisted"? Most babies developmentally can do this by one year?

A: Thank you for your question! Those milestones are applied when the product is used in the upper bassinet position. Once this child reaches those milestones, you should lower the bassinet to the lower position.

Don’t buy this bassinet. My baby literally hates it. Mattress is like a thick piece of cardboard, not to mention material it’s made out of is noisy. Like all of the other reviews say, it’s not even and baby ends up on her side. She won’t last more than 10 minutes sleeping in this bassinet. Waste of money, very disappointed.

Best bassinet I've used! From having two under 2 this has helped with both of them. I really appreciate how it can lower for when baby can sit up and pull himself up. I would highly recommend for all new mommies!!

I got this at a baby shower gift for my daughter. just what was stated about I hate us wing it because she always rolls to one side. I went to wash the bedding today because she spit up and got milk everywhere. THE BOARD IS LITERALLY DISFORMED! You can see a very drastic bend in the board! it's right in the middle so I believe that explains the constant rolling to one side or the other. The wheel locks always lock by them selves, so Randomly we will be rolling her and they lock up and it jerks her.

Excellent storage and versitility for older infants, but with a 7 or 8 month old on hard floor it slides just enough for it to bang and scratch the wall and wobbles a bit when baby shakes it side to side. Wish it sat flat on floor but honestly that would make the baby too chilly in winter. Sheet needs to be waterproof.

my husband bought it for my newborn and I just starting using it. he is 3 months now and the bassinet is not able to handle 3 month old babies weight. it swings when my baby moves. so scared of using it now. I wish I could return it.

The bassinet is not level (literally used a level to check) and my baby always rolls to one side even though she is always placed in the center. The wheels are terrible and don't roll smoothly on hardwood, tile, or carpet. Regrettable purchase.

Okay so I should've been more thorough when buying a bassinet I wish I would've read more reviews I'm not the only person who is having this problem. My newborn has only slept in this for a few nights but everytime he wakes up he's literally smashed into the mesh siding! How a newborn can move from the middle of the bassinet on his back to being on his side with his face smashed into the mesh. I wanted to write this review and now I'm contacting them about returning this it's not safe enough for my son to be sleeping in .

I have to agree with many other negative reviews that this bassinet is not level!! I keep finding my son plastered against the side! Very unsettling. I initially thought maybe it was my floors but after using it in various parts of my house I had the same result. I understand that the mattress should be firm but it seems overly firm and uncomfortable.. My son does not sleep well in this.

These should be recalled. There is a slant and my newborn kept rolling on her side. It’s a serious safety hazard and I can’t believe these are still on the market. Had to dis assemble and return mine, such a hassle.

Everyone else is 100% correct, this thing slopes. The only way we can use it is we have one of those Snuggle Me things that holds our daughter in place. I'd get something else if I did this again.

Was so excited to use this bassinet. Loved how big it is and that it could be used longer than others I looked at. When I had my daughter, I realized that the “mattress” is a piece of board with a little fabric around it. I understand that the mattress needs to be hard but that cannot be comfortable. She cries instantly when we put her down and rolls to one side. I can’t return it and have now spent another $150 on another bassinet.

Bought this 5 months ago and thought it was great at first but baby is always uncomfortable. It's drastically sloped and didn't allow baby to lay evenly. I don't use it to often due to that reason.

Like the other reviews said, the bassinet is slanted so baby keeps rolling into mesh and waking up. I had horrible sleep as I was worried baby had difficulty breathing due to rolling over so close into the mesh. At first I thought baby was rolling on his own but then realized it was only on this bassinet. I can't even return it now as I've had it for too long. Also it does not last a year like it says, my baby outgrew it at 2-3 months. What a waste!
