    75% flavorless 25% cherry children's tylenol

    This isn't the worst thing I've ever drank and it does the job as far as hydration goes, but... wow. Not the flavor I was expecting haha. I was going into it anticipating this would taste like the bomb pop flavored liquid IV because that's mostly cherry like flavored, but this doesn't taste like that nor a cherry icee. It's predominantly lacking in flavor with an aftertaste that reminds me of cough syrup I'd take as a kid. It makes me sad because I like that this doesn't have a bunch of artificial sweeteners or superfluous ingredients (I had to stop drinking liquid iv because it caused me to have unhealthily high blood levels of Vitamin B6), if they retooled the flavor it'd be a great product.

    Can't taste the cherry as much as I'd like

    I think I get what they were trying to go for with this flavor but it needs a bit more work. Either that or it's just not for me. The cherry flavor isn't particularly strong. Honestly I'd say I can taste the beets used as coloring or the monk fruit sweetener more strongly than I can taste the cherry flavor. I shared this with my sister and she said it tasted better cold, but I personally feel like all I could taste was the salt and the monk fruit while it was cold. It tastes like a weird cross of watered down ice syrup mixed with cough syrup. It's not terrible, and I will drink it, but I don't think it's for me and don't plan on buying it again.

    The flavor is not good to me, It tasted like straight sweaty sweat, it was gross! And this stuff was actually for my hard working husband to help him stay hydrated in the heat, but he thought I was pranking him, so he ended up giving me a surprise taste, it was horrendous! I can’t get that taste out of my mind, I get the salty is there for hydration, but there is way better options out there, this is seriously like sweaty berries.

    Exceeded my expectations!

    This is the first flavor I have tried from this brand, and I am now hooked. I have been LMNT hydration packs for years and they are so salty compared to these. I know a lot of other reviews say that the flavor is disappointing, but you have to take into consideration. It is very hard to mimic the exact flavor of ICEE using cleaner ingredients. I absolutely love the flavor and I have now switched over to this brand and will be buying this flavor for as long as they make it! I highly recommend.

    Best flavor they ever dropped

    POTS lifesaver

    So as someone with the hEDS/MCAS/POTS trifecta, I’m used to trying ungodly things for my health and consuming salt to survive. I found the flavor to taste like old school watered down icee. Kinda like when it’s melted. Salt taste is there but not overly so and I appreciate the color comes from beet root. Fun addition is that it color changes because of the beet root and citric interaction 😅 I absolutely hate the sweetener taste of stevia and monk fruit but this one isn’t any worse than other electrolyte brands, in fact I feel it’s more balanced. All in all it was worth the money for me and tasted ok. It does taste like old school cherry, so if you hate that taste or have bad memories with it you probably won’t like it.
