2 bad things, 1st it was really pricey for the size. I feel like there’s better deals and bigger sizes for the amount it costs, but my husband wanted it. 2nd, it was hard to set up the last pole! We struggled a good 10-15 min trying to get it to lock in the T pipe. BUT we loved it so much after the set up and so did our guests! I bought in early/mid May 2022. Still have it up August 10 with good cleaning maintenance. The pool cover plus ground tarp it came with helped maintain the quality of the water and overall the pool. Gonna take it down just cuz I want the space back, but hoping it’s good for next summer!

This is our 2nd season with the pool. It has held up beautifully, no leaks from the windows as others mentioned. We love it, especially being able to take under water pics!! Only issue is the filter, we upgraded to a sand filter and salt water chlorinator combo unit. To set up, we leveled the ground, added thick layer of sand, then the tarp. We used pavers to put the legs on so they don’t sink in the sand. Then added a barrier around the pool base to protect pool and rocks around for drainage.

The window shattered within a year. We patched it, but it still leaked a little and looked terrible. Then it cracked again in another spot with nobody even near the pool. We were just outside of the 1-year warranty window, so we got no help from Intex about it. This window is a design flaw and I do not recommend this pool at all.

The clearview window in this pool is the worst design feature! It gets hard and brittle and cracks. This pool lasted one season and having to buy a new pool every season is not in my budget. Don't waste your money on this, just get a pool pass.

Got this at its cheapest last year! I was worried about some of the bad reviews. So I filled it up slowly to make sure there were no leaks. So far so good. I didn't t fill it up above the window because it wouldn't be safe for my youngest . It is very good looking and pretty big. Perfect for my 3 kids and their friends. I didn't use the filter pump it came with simply because I did not want to ba changing/cleaning filter cartridges every week. I put this pool up by myself, very easy. Hoping it will last for a long time.

We used the pool for four months and then the bottom started to sag and the windows broke on one side. It is a beautiful looking pool but not sturdy. I wish they would make this style with a sand filter too.

I’m pretty surprised to see all of the negative reviews, honestly. I’ve owned this pool since Spring and used it all throughout the summer months and haven’t had any problems. No holes to patch and no leaks from the windows. The pump could be a little stronger, but I wouldn’t expect a high quality pump from such an affordable pool. Maintenance is easy enough. It is definitely a decent size as my husband and I are both 6’+ and we have plenty of room to move around, even with guests as well. I also want to add that we put in a little extra work to make sure the pool was placed on level ground and added a tarp underneath to prevent any punctures.

The pump is not strong enough also if the pool is dirty a little you have to change the filter every day and if you get lucky every week the pool leaks the bottom is already rotting away and I got three months ago you might as well go to the lake! We bought ours on May 3 and we’re just able to put it up on June 27th. I was worried as there are a lot of recent reviews saying the windows leak or have cracks, but ours is holding up great! Good size for our 7 year old. And great for adults to cool off in.

I purchased this pool 2 weeks ago, I read the reviews before hand and it was 60% good 40% bad. I took a chance (and even purchased some flex seal tape, as some people mentioned that the see through window leaked). My son and a friend set the pool up within 2 hours, filled it up in a day and half and from start to finish, there were no problems. READ the directions, DON'T assume that you can do it without reading them. There were no leaks, all the poles fit together and pool is still standing. BEST investment i've made to date.

I was so excited when I saw this pool for only $549 in March after trying so hard to get a pool last year. Set up was fairly easy all the poles went together nice the liner itself was not to small like mentioned in others comments. However, the pool sat in the box until now, June. Set the pool up everything was great, it looked really nice and all it needed was to be filled by the water company. Get in the pool to clean it out and notice a 4” slash in the window area right Next to the liner. Thankfully it hadn’t been filled yet.

I can see from reading the reviews that other people have had the same issue as me. Upon just a visual inspection, the pool looked fine. It went together pretty good but it is a pain to get those top bars in around the rim as another review stated. I had to pull the last 2 bars out so far I thought I was going to break something lol 8 hours or so into filling it and when the water line reached the top of the Clearview window water came pouring out of a place on the seam where the window was not properly attached. We have currently fixed that with gorilla tape. The pool is a standard intex prism frame pool but the window is a neat feature. Im not sure if it's worth the possibility of holes though. If intex had a better warranty process I would recommend it for sure but I was extremely disappointed after talking to them. They require you to take the pool down and send them 4 specific cut offs of the pool before they will even consider getting you a replacement. From the sounds of it it could take weeks to get a new liner and the summers are short in WI so I've decided to keep it up and replace the tape as necessary. I'm considering making a warranty claim at the end of summer but I have heard horror stories of intex denying liner replacement after it being cut up so I may just try calling and asking to purchase just a new liner.
