I’ll be returning this. The phone is held by a magnet within the mount face, and it barely holds at all. I have a Pixel 8 and it just kept slipping off. The mount feels quality made, but it can’t work without a strong hold. Waste of money, do not buy!

It seemed like getting charged and staying in place at first but it’s not anymore. It doesn’t charge properly. Failed. After 6 months, it’s not staying in place at all. Waste of money.

The concept is great but the execution is terrible. The hold is minimal to none. It also will not charge unless you take your phone out of the case.

Holds well if you have a thin case, Suction cup holds very well, Charges fairly quick but does tend to warm up the phone. Worked great for 4 months and has now stopped working.

After trying multiple different brands of a MagSafe car mount, this is the best. Most don’t have enough strength to hold the phone up or secure it. Especially when making turns the phone just falls off if you use the MagSafe vent ones. This is the absolute best. I use it on my iPhone 15 pro max with no case.

Design and concept is great. However, barely holds my iPhone 13 Pro with or without a thin case. This wouldn’t last any car bumps and I didn’t even want to try because it barely held my phone while holding the mount in my hand and shaking. Not a strong hold like other reviews. I would stay away. Don’t do it.

However, with the case I have on it the magnet does not hold the phone strongly enough to prevent it falling while driving. Without the case it holds great, but I am rough on phones and I'm not willing to go without a case.

This specific unit has super powerful suction cup that has not moved since I installed it around a month ago. I love that I can just throw my phone on it and it charges wirelessly as long as you have a MagSafe charger case which I do. Charges pretty fast and does not budge once my phone is mounted. Very pleased with this product. Plus it looks pretty clean too!

The suction cup is incredibly strong and once you mount it, it will stay put. The only problem is the magnet to hold your phone on the mount. It could benefit from additional strength as it is a bit too easy for the phone to come dislodged from the mount. If you have a case that is not a magsafe case or has some metal in it, your phone will not stick to this mount. I know this seems like a very particular use case, since it is a magsafe charging mount, but it happens. As long as you have a magsafe case, you are good to go, this will work excellent for you and look great in your vehicle. I love it and highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love me some MagSafe! iOttie's Velox mount clicks my iPhone 14 Pro onto the dash or windshield for easy charging and viewing. It attaches securely with either the sturdy suction cup to the dash or built-in gel pad to the windshield. No more fumbling with mounts while driving. I just connect the mount to a USB port in my car and it wirelessly charges my phone, thanks to MagSafe compatibility. The telescoping arm adjusts to any angle I need. It's so handy! The only wire is to the USB port, the rest is wireless. Don't hassle with charging cables in the car again.

I have no issues with it getting too hot which I worry about with these types since I’ve had some in the past with a bad habit of getting warmer than I am happy with. This hasn’t had that issue. I did give it 4 stars due to it not working well with many of my cases even thin ones. I always have a case on my phone so I don’t use it every ride. It’s def not a deal breaker though. It’s very strong without a case and the magnet works great.

But other than that it charges great. Holds well and can be mounted on the dash board or windshield. Overall it works well, it's an easy install and easy to use.
